1. Service Description
Synerquate is an ERP and Enterprise Intelligence Platform for project, procurement, finance, HR, document control, reporting, and governance workflows.
- Available modules may vary by subscription, tenant setup, and permissions.
- Custom integrations, official API submissions, and advanced workflows require separate written scope where applicable.
2. Account Registration and Approval
Registration may require email verification, tenant code assignment, subscription validation, and administrator approval before access is enabled.
- Users must provide accurate registration details.
- Account approval may be withheld for security, incomplete setup, or subscription reasons.
3. Tenant Responsibility
Each tenant is responsible for its users, permissions, records, configurations, uploaded documents, and business decisions made using the platform.
- Tenant administrators should review user access regularly.
- Users should enter only authorized and accurate business data.
4. User Access and Permissions
Access may be restricted by role, menu, action, module, project assignment, approval state, tenant status, or subscription status.

7. VAT and Tax Compliance
VAT and tax outputs are support tools based on user-entered transactions and configuration.

- Tenants remain responsible for validating VAT returns, evidence, and payment/refund decisions.
8. Backup and Availability
Reasonable operational controls are maintained for platform availability, but no system is immune from interruption.
